🔄 Return & Refund Policy — NextStop Imports


1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is:

Damaged during delivery

Received in defective condition

Incorrect or not the item you ordered

Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Food items (including chocolates, snacks, beverages)

Opened or used products

Perishable items

Items damaged due to customer handling


3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

Refunds typically take 2–5 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.


4. Replacement Option
If the product is in stock, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement is shipped once we confirm the issue.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Orders not delivered due to incorrect address are not eligible for refunds.
Reshipping charges will apply.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
